🎁 Eligibility Criteria
Who Qualifies
- Current members with an active Month-to-Month, 4-Month, or 6-Month membership purchased directly at Pilates 101.
- Grand Opening promotional membership holders who renew into a 12-month commitment.
- Must renew before or within 7 days of expiration.
- Must upgrade to a 12-month (1-year) plan with 12 billing cycles.
Who Does Not Qualify
- Trial drop-in, single drop-in, or class-package buyers.
- Members using promotional or discounted plans (cannot be combined with other offers), except Grand Opening promotional membership holders renewing into this 12-month plan.
