1. What types of memberships do you offer?
We offer 4 main membership tiers:
Membership Tier
Essential - 1 x per week / No Perks / Beginners or casual movers / $45 per Class /$ 180 per Billing Cycle (28 days)
Elevate - 2 x per week / Basic Perk / Consistent weekly practice/ $37 per Class /$ 296 per Billing Cycle (28 days)
Limitless - Unlimited / Limitless Perk / Booking up to 2 Classes per day / Active members taking 3–6+ classes per week / $35 per Class (Min.3 x per week) / $420 per Billing Cycle (28 days) / The more you visit, the lower your cost per class — maximize your membership value!
Prestige - Unlimited / Prestige Perk / Booking up to 3 Classes per day / VIPs who want access to private perks & flexibility / $550 per Billing Cycle (28 days) / The more you visit, the lower your cost per class — maximize your membership value!
*Basic Perk include Freeze option and other seasonal promotions.
*Limitless Perk include Basic Perk, guest passes 1x per cycle, priority booking and seasonal promotions.
*Prestige Perks include Limitless Perk, private session 1x per cycle, and other seasonal promotions.
*All Perks must be assigned by the staff member such as guest passes, private session and etc.
2. How does billing work?
All memberships are billed on a 4-week (28-day) cycle.That means you're charged every 28 days starting from your join or renewal date.
3. What’s the cancellation & no-show policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.
Late cancellations (12–24 hrs) may result in a $10 fee or Session loss.
No-shows or 12 hrs - same-day cancels will result in a $20 fee or session loss.
Members with multiple no-shows may have limited access to peak-time classes.
Unlimited Membership Policy
Limitless members may book up to 2 classes per day
Prestige members may book up to 3 classes per day
Advance booking access is exclusive to unlimited members; other package holders can view and book on a month-to-month basis
Perks such as account freeze are available to Limitless and Prestige members, but must be requested and confirmed via email or invoice
To ensure fair access and protect instructor schedules, late cancellation and no-show fees are strictly enforced for unlimited members:
✅ No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance
⚠️ $10 fee for cancellations made within 24 hours
❌ $20 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows

4. Can I freeze my membership?
Yes! Members on Unlimited or 2x/week plans may freeze once per cycle for up to 7 days with advance notice.
Longer freezes may be allowed for:Medical reasons
Military duty
Verified travel (with documentation)
5. Can I roll over unused classes?
No. Unused sessions with Essential and Elevate membership do not roll over to the next week cycle, so we recommend booking consistently to get the most value.
6. What are the booking limits?
Limitless Members: Up to 2 bookings per day
Prestige Members: Up to 3 bookings per day
This helps ensure fair access for all clients.
7. Are memberships refundable or transferable?
All sales are final, especially promotional or discounted packages.
Memberships are non-transferable.
The only exception is for Kids Packages, which allow a parent or legal guardian to book classes on behalf of their child.
Refunds may be granted for:
Relocation out of town
Medical issues (with doctor’s note)
8. How do I cancel my membership?
All memberships or packages purchased at a discounted rate or promotion are non-cancellable and non-refundable during the committed term. No early termination will be accepted.
For regular-priced memberships (non-discounted), cancellations must be requested in writing at least 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle.
Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances, with proper documentation:
Medical condition that prevents continued participation
Relocation out of town
Military service
